Guest guest
Hello, I posted last week regarding stopping abx treatment for my 11 yr old daughter. She's been on Buhner core protocol for 6 weeks now, abx for 13 months. I would really appreciate your thoughts on stopping the abx (w/o LLMD support). Her symptoms have not improved since last summer, but are not severe at this point (constant low-grade headache and muscle pain). The thought would be that the abx are preventing her from progressing, and may have set off asthma last september (never had it before). Or maybe it's the Flovent (cortisone) inhaler she takes daily that's the problem... I would really appreciate your feedback/experience. The thought of stopping the abx without Dr. appoval is nerve wracking. I've been reducing her flovent also (very nerve wracking). What do I do if she worsens? Call the doctor and say " I stopped trusting your treatment, can you help us again... " ? Would love to hear of anyone stopping while on core protocol and either improving or not so my decision may be more informed... So sorry to be bugging you with these abx questions, Thank you, Aviva
