Guest guest
Monty, Your thoughts are understandable. Who are you working with in regards to your Lyme protocol? Have you started the cat's claw or knotweed yet? You might consider starting the cat's claw then slowing down the ABX (I don't blame you for wanting to stop). I added a probiotic for replenishing gut. And detox!!!! Redisorb glutiahione worked the best for me - then lately I have added the glut and carnosine patches. Keeping a journal of supplements added or stopped and how you feel made it easier for me to see patterns. Most important - use your intuition - listen to your body! And b r e a t h - that helped me when I started to climb the walls! _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of montylife@... Last time I stopped everything came back with in 3 weeks. I have been taking stuff to try and kill the biofilms too though. So maybe I am ready to come off with a lower load and then treat herbal only. Thoughts? Feeling a little unmanageable right now with a great opportunity right in front of me. I was in the same boat, 10 months on the Buhner protocol and got a wicked cold. As soon as I started taking the antibiotics, I felt better and my Lyme symptoms subsided too, although they are back since I stopped the ABX.
