OT: Detox - Respected Herbal Cleanse???

I'm considering doing an herbal cleanse but I am not sure which ones

are best.

I have been researching the following online:

-Nature's Sunshine Bod-E-Clenz

-Blessed Herbs Colon Cleansing Kit

-Dr Natura Colonix

Would appreciate any opinions from anyone who has tried these (or

others). I have read all sorts of wonderful testimonials for various

products -but am taking these with a " grain of salt " because these are

usually posted on the sites selling the product in question...

Any input would be appreciated!
