I saw this mentioned on the list before but couldn't figure out how to do it.

But your results are exactly what I would like so I'll ask. How much oil do you

use. It seems to me that with 15 minutes of swishing, the oil would become very

dilute with saliva and how do you keep from swollowing it? Guidance is

appreciated. jo

and it really has helped. I don't often go for home cures, but this worked out.

I bought Organic Sesame Oil, I swish it 2 X 15 min every day. I have noticed my

teeth are stronger, and my nails and hair feel healthier. And its whitened my

yellow teeth a couple of notches. Don't know why it works.

EDTA suppositories.

in NJ, autism expert?)

> I am getting more and more fascinated with biofilms, and see how it can be

such a huge thing in keeping me weak. I think people on regular ABX could just

be strengthing these biofilms....so the minute you get off ABX you are worse

than before. You have made the infections homes in your body much harder to

destro. We all do our best from day to day, but doesn't anyone reject ABX on a

purely intuitive level?

the ABX and surgeries set me up for an adulthood of fragility.

enough. Going to bed at 1030pm, getting about 7 hours is key. I take melatonin

and don't eat big dinners.
