I tried many drugs, ambien, ativan, and others I can't remember, plus

every herb known to help with sleep, but nothing helped. Then I

started taking 'tranquil sleep' by Natural Factors (which I buy

through iherb.com) and it worked. It has L-Theanine, 5-HTP and

Melatonin. I also use a fan and keep the room black. Now I sleep

pretty good on a regular basis, 7-8, sometimes even 9 hours. I hope

this helps. Good luck! Oh, and I only take one (full dose is 2)

because I have restless sleep and crazy dreams with 2.
