I just asked my LLMD about this as I was wondering if I should add it to my

supplements. He said the studies have only shown effectiveness in a test tube

and that ingesting it and expecting it to work the same way wasn't likely.

yes, that was discussed here some time ago and theoretically I think it could

help with biofilms. I tried one month of nattokinase plus vitE 400, but didn't

notice any difference.

I can mostly agree with that; I also have some doubts if these enzymes get any

further than the gut. But it is one of the few things (with 'quorum quenching'

agents) that could help against biofilms, even if it is only in the gut itself

it might help. A lot of this is very difficult to prove, because you cannot test

it in a testtube ...

I noticed I got a flareup after using Lumbrokinase. And it can be had over the

counter.
