I can't find a source to buy the Source Naturals Resveratrol at 500mg. I can

If you look at the " supplement facts " on the bottle of Source Naturals

Resveratrol 40 mg, you will see that 2 capsules contain " polygonum cuspidatum

root extract " (knotweed) 1 g (1000mg). That means 500 mg per capsule. Total

resveratrol for 2 capsules is 80 mg (40 mg per capsule). You can get it with or

without the wine extract.

I think their 100mg bottles contain resveratrol from other sources, not

necessarily knotweed.

Capsules and tablets are available, I don't know whether they are equally

absorbable. The tablets have a bitter taste.
