Guest guest
Hello Deb, My understanding is that Buhner recommends cryptolepsis instead of artemia annua for those who don't do well with the artemesia. The eleuthero is a strengthening adaptogen. Another herb that people can take if the eleuthoro isn't right for them is rhodiola rosea....i actually do better with the rhodiola myself. Just got back from my chiropractor who is an ace muscle-tester, and it's amazing how each body has its own needs, and how those needs change from day to day. I keep testing stronger for the artemia annua (whole herb) than i do for cryptolepsis!
