I tried that, but quickly returned to scooping through the herb, mostly because it allows me to get nearly two times more herbs (0.8-1.0 grams for most herbs) into one 00 capsule. I hate swallowing capsules ... for some herbs (especially andrographis powder) the capsule maker did not work at all, it blows the powder everywhere when you try to pack the herbs into the capsules or close the lid.
