(OT) Arthritis and kidney failure- y093

Dr.'s say it was from arthritis drug she took when she was younger. "

I wonder if you could tell me what drug and how long ago she took it,

for some research I'm doing.

BTW I believe your doctor is correct, just unusual in making the

connection.

I remember a basketball player, Miami Heat, whose name escapes me, had

to have a kidney transplant, and he swears it is from the Pain

medication these guys take. He's been trying to educate other players.

He is the 2nd player to need a kidney transplant, that I know of, and

these are young guys in peak physical condition.
