I think everyone has GI distress when they start Buhner herbs lol. IMHO it may

be because it is attacking the disease that is present in the stomach.

I took CS for a while before starting the herbs and I had GI distress as well

when I first started the Bunher herbs but then again my tummy was a big mess

before I even started taking the herbs.

Once I realized that I had to take it slow I did alot better lol. I have no GI

distress of any kind now. As a matter of fact my previous GERD symptoms are

totally gone and I have no stomach issues of any kind... and I am still taking

abx at the same time.

I figured it might be a GI herx and I would like to try again at some point as I

don't want to take CS indefinitely, at least not at the doses I am currently

taking.
