My CD-57 number & a question about magnesium

A BIG relief! I talked to a nurse at the office of my LLMD to clarify

my CD -57 test which I had originally been told came in at 8. After

learning more about it, I figured that just wasn't possible since I

don't feel that badly. If I was an 8, I'd be flat on the floor! Anyway,

Dr M's numbers, as I suspected, are percentages. So I am not at 8, I am

at 80! Which is MUCH better!

Also Dr M wants me to take a magnesium supplement but the mag lactate

that he suggested doesn't agree with me, so want to know what kind of

magnesium you all are using.
