Guest guest
this is Selma, from Switzerland, just dropping to read you all again and saying hello again. I'm so glad to see some of older names here! I'm still on remission from lyme even though I had a relapse of borrelia about 1-2 months ago (EM rash), but it got back to dormant again after B's protocol (with teasel added). I still take stephania, astragalus, cats claw, teasel and eleuthero once a day (AM) just in case. These are the herbs that test for me in the last months... Eleuthero funny, never tests good to take with other B's herbs,so I take it once a day separatelly. My eleuthero tincture from dry herb is testing much better than the same herb in powder I'm taking. I'm still 'cooking' it for a bit longer though, and will shift to tincture when my last capsules finish. This is a strong herb for me, so I need only small amounts, but it does help my body kill the fungi and gives me energy. It's the first time that I notice eleuthero is an energy booster, like described by Buhner. Before, I never felt it. Now, it's pretty clear, so i keep the dose low. The EM rash happened for me before, and it usually takes me a few days on andrographis plus other core protocol herbs to put it back to dormant again. I'm still fighing my skin fungi, but not anymore on my hands. Back to metal detox (mobilizers) in this last month, and I feel it's the way to go for the moment. I still feel the loose metals when I rub cilantro on my skin, so I guess I still have metals on my feet... All my teeth problems/pain are gone for months after EFT/MFT tapping. I had no infection there, but sensitivity to cold/heat after the new fillings (because I took off amalgams). The teeth which were painful after about a year are not 100% yet (if they ever be?) but I can brush my teeth with cold water without having tears in my eyes like before! Now I'm following the MFT course of dr. K. and testing the technique on minor things that I start to feel as problems (like pressure on the stomach when I get nervous, funny feelings inside etc). It's an excellent way to relax, get concentrated and aware of what goes on inside myself. A bit like yoga-meditation but easier. Today I'm fighting a cold (for the last 3 days). Nothing too bad, but it still makes me smile as I never really caught colds during lyme... I know some people with lyme do catch colds, but it was really not my case before. Sending you all a big hug, lots of good healing energy to you all. I think about some of you here and there and I'm glad to be able to visit here again without receiving the emails! Cheers, Selma
