OT non salt D2 OR D3?

My D level is low. I explained to the PCP about D3. She prescribed D, which

is D2 at 50,000 mg to take once a week. the pharmacist tells me it's more

easily absorbed. Am I missing something?

I've read about D3 vs. D.Also sa Rosner's video on U-tube awhile back. I

forget the details but understand their is a distinction. does this

matter?

After reading everyone's feedback and informational links, it's clear D3 is

what my body needs.
