Guest guest
Clindamycin antibiotics has been able to reduce pain in my knees, as well as take down fibro pain. I took 150mg every six hours when I started, then herxed after a month, and backed down to 150mg 2x/day. - Robin [ ] Re: Glucosamine / Joints Teasel is specific for knee joints. I've upped mine recently due to increased knee pain and it seems to be helping. I don't know 'how' it helps, if it repairs collagen or just kills ketes; but it does seem to help with pain and stiffness so something is happening. jo > > Hiya - back in 2007 at the beginning of my illness I tried using glucosamine to help with joint pain. All that ensued was a crunchy feeling in my joints so I decided to stop taking it. Jump forward a couple of years and I have found that my joint pain is becoming more like joint discomfort (uncomfortable as if rubbing) and bone pain plus stiffens. I'm wondering whether the collagen has been completely eaten away. Would glucosamine now be helpful or is there another way to repair collagen damage? I'm currently building up my Cat's Claws, Andragaphis, Reservaterol and due to start Smilax soon! > > Thanks all, > > > =
