Guest guest Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 It's probably been discussed on here before, but you can build an infrared heat lamp sauna really cheap with a refrigerator box or a small closet (about 4x4 feet is good). Check out the link below. I seriously cannot stay functional without them. Hot baths work if I do them almost daily and stay in for 45 plus minutes at around 109 to 112 degrees F, but it's not very pleasant and doesn't work as well. Working up a serious sweat from working or exercising can do the same, but that's hard too, especially in the winter when it's cold.
