Good for you Ellen that you are feeling so good. Other than what's listed

below, any words of wisdom or tricks that helped you heal?

My (current) favorite herb is Holy Basil. It is an adaptagen- a class of

herbs which do not target one specific condition, they target the whole

body/mind.

Holy Basil is said to help one cope with stress.

I use New Chapter brand which is expensive, but Vitacost has it for 1/2 of

what my health food sells it for.

I've been taking if for a couple of months.

Not a dramatic change, but enough of a good feeling that I will continue to

take it.

My second favorite herb is Esberitox (Enzymatic) which is a super-charged

form of Echinacae.

I used it in the past to get rid of arthritis and sinusitis, and in the last

couple weeks of Lyme treatment to finish that off.

I take it at the first sign of a cold, and ...so far..it hasn't developed

into a cold.

I take Mangesium Citrate bec. someone on this list said everyone with Lyme

should take it.

The only remnant of Lyme disease is an occasional pain in my left knee

(where the Lyme originated). I find that if I take Mag.Citrate, the pain is

very occasional and very minor. If I stop taking it, the pain becomes much

greater. I have no idea why that is.
