Was rereading all your emails - what a wealth of information.

Doing my supplement bags for the week and realized that changing a few

things ratcheted my energy level up alot.

I have been on AdreCor for a couple of years now. Did 6/day then dropped to

4/day. This was for mis-firing adrenals. The last 2 blood tests testing

cortisol output - my tests were too high. 18 is the top and both times, my

tests were much higher. This means still functioning but the adrenalin was

creating too much cortisol. Took other supps at night to reduce it but have

stopped.

Also have been doing the Intrinsi B12/folate for over 2 yrs. Just increased

to 2/day. Have been doing 1/day, actifolate and Folapro for about 1 yr.

But here's what I think has changed my energy level (just didn't want you to

think it was just these 2 items). I've readded the THYRO Complex by

Progressive Labs #839 and started taking my D3 again. I miss read the

recommendation of ND of 1/day and have been taking 2 per day for less than a

week. Also try to take the D3 at least 5/week. Huge energy change just this

last week.

Some Saturdays I can't even get off the couch after working all week, but

yesterday I did 60 mins on the Treadmill and an hr at the gym - easy

Pilates.

You have all been so, so helpful, I wanted to take the time to share. Full

moon is tomorrow so we'll see how this week goes, but today is good.

Thank-you all for your help and support.

Hi nancy

I'm ok. Thanks for reaching out. Have had a migrane going on 2 weeks now. I

am usually all abt going natural.....but I have not been able to function

without high dose of pain killers. I must work to stay alive. Funny how I

have adjusted my believe system and have taken actions I would have never in

the past to stay alive. I used to have a family that supported me but since

I was diagnosed with lyme they have pretty much written me off.

Back to the body...Eliminating regularly now....maybe tooo much. Stretching

and doing a little yoga. My pain levels are pretty out of control. Stopped

mepron. Need to go back on it soon though.

I think the big key here is the iron iv therapy I am doing that has kicked

the pain up so much. Last time pre treatment I became bed ridden.

PH is pretty good for me. I do a lot of fresh squeezed lime juice.

Substitute for alcohol :) soda water, splash of cran and a ton of lime!!

Metagenics shakes.....chocolate across the board. I do ultra meal 360 for

snacks, then also ultra clear plus for detox and ultra inflamX for those

days where the pain is bad. I would say I have quite the natural pharmacy in

my home.

Spending today at home wish I could every day!

Dear Monty,

I read a few days ago that you are taking mepron and are herxing.

It definitely sounds like it's taken you down.

When I spoke to my LLMD last week i was feeling in a very similar place (and

my herxing is just from herbs)......he reminded me that this is what happens

while treating these illnesses.

In my case, he encouraged me to stop taking the anti-microbials until i got

back to feeling a bit better. It is such a fine line, when to treat, when to

not treat.

Mystic Goddess posted a few days ago about the load on our bodies from

herxing too hard.

I think i read not too long ago one of your posts that you were feeling

well.

Trusting that this is just a difficult spell for you right now.

Can you take a break from the medications?

Glad you reached out for support.....

Sending peace and ease your way.

Hope you are able to rest in body and mind.

functional level. I am panicked. Trying to have calming soothing thoughts.

Have supportive people around me. But everyone feels helpless bc they can

not take it away. So sad to go from doing great to full on collapse. I never

expected to be back here. Not able to keep things.....protocol straight

right now.
