Magnesium & other supplements

Hi all,

Dr M, my LLMD, has recommended that I take magnesium lactate daily to

the tune of 3 caps in the morning & 3 at night. That amounts to about

1500 mg per day. I've done some research on this & see that doses of

around 1000 or so are not uncommon for supplementing but I wonder if

anyone else is taking it here.

When I put together the supplements that I'm taking for Cdiff & then add

those that I'm taking now for Lyme, it's mind boggling. And that

doesn't count the herbs! I have to put them all out on the counter at

breakfast & then after dinner so that I am sure not to overlook something.

If anyone is interested, here is what I am taking. The M refers to those

that he recommended.

Fish oil

Omega 3s

Multi vitamiin

Vitamin C

Vitamin E

Vitamin B12

Vitamin D (drops)

Atrimin74 (minerals from volcanic & sea bed clays)

CoQ10

VidaCell

Lutein

Magnesiuim M
