Hi ,

I am taking fish oil and an aspirin. But, would like to know where you get the

items you mentioned. And thanks for the suggestion, it's appreciated.

Also, I did post a picture of the sack, just in case anyone was interested -

maybe someone can tell me what it is?

Wormwood tincture I purchased from Treya Palmer but I think you can buy

anywhere. Cat's claw tincture and garlicia I think I ordered on0line -

vitacost maybe. Let me know if you can't find them and I'll try and find my

last receipt.

Usually I will google and see who has it cheaper. Sometimes you can get

discounts if you order over a certain amount - which usually ain't hard to

do.
