Intense Itching, pain, burning

Has anyone had this happen?

I started Buhner in December. Since then, my legs gets itchy when I sweat while

working out or in the sauna.

Tonight, it exploded. The most intense pain, itching, burning sensation I've

ever experienced in my life. The kind of pain where you have to pace the floor!

The worst of it lasted about 15 long minutes, then began to subside. And it was

only in my legs. My legs were red and had a terrible rash. Tried aloe, but

didn't help. It started subsiding on its own, but helped it along with Benadryl

as it was late and I needed to sleep.

Perhaps herxing?

Anyone had this happen or know what possibly happened?

Thanks,

Tamara

I have that on my legs all the time. Heat makes it flare up even more. It

looks like little red raised dots on all the areas where follicles are.

Sometimes it itches, sometimes stings.

I don't take hot baths or showers, keep the temperature cooler so it

doesn't flare up as much. I thought it was a Bartonella symptom.

I had it before I started the buhner herbs.

I had something similar happen a few times the first 2-3 months of treatment. I

thought it was a detox/herx reaction.
