Guest guest
Welcome rk. I buy all of my herbs from 1st Chinese Herbs. Except I just bought my Huperzine-A from Vitacost. I don't have trouble with any of it. Jim. ### rk27bell <rk27bell@...> wrote: Hi I just bumped the member total to 669. Since I am new to this group don't hesitate to bring any etiquette infractions to my attention. From April to November I took Source Naturals Resveratrol without any problems. When I reordered at the end of November I noticed that the tablets were much darker in color. I contacted their customer service and was told they changed the source of their knotweed. The new tablets disturb my digestive system. Has anyone else noticed this? Can anyone recommmend a different brand for whole herb knotweed? And have any of you suffers noticed phantom cigarette smoke? I go through periods where it feels like I am in a smokey bar. And not just smelling smoke that isn't there, also burning eyes. It must be some immune system thing but does anyone have a better explanation? Thanks --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make your homepage. Guest guest
Yes! I noticed the exact same thing with Source Naturals Resveratrol! Now I can only take two a day and I ordered 4 bottles :-( I'd love to find a better source too. -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: " rk27bell " <rk27bell@...> > Hi I just bumped the member total to 669. Guest guest
Yes, it does seem some people reacted to the new product. Try the whole herb instead. I can't take even the old product Source Naturals. As for the odor, some lyme sufferers swear they feel the smoke of a cigarette from someone very far away (in the next block of so!!!). One of the chemical sensitivities, I suppose. Others will feel (and suffer from) any eletromagnetic field around, like an antenna. Guest guest
, You can return the bottles if it hasn't been too long. I had a reaction when I tried to take Resveratrol one year ago, I couldn't tolerate it. That was the only Buhner herb which made me so sick I didn't take it. ellen > > Yes! Guest guest
Yes, I also had digestive system issues with the newer, darker Source Naturals Resveratrol tablets. I then switched to Paradise Herbs brand Resveratrol, which the Planet Thrive site lists as one of the brands Buhner recommends. I've had no digestive problems with this brand. Since I was already mainly just on maintenance doses because my previous symptoms were already so much better, I couldn't say if this product is as effective as the older Source Naturals one was for me, but I haven't noticed any particular relapses due to the switch. Guest guest
All, On my bottle of Knotweed it says to only use for 6 - 8 weeks then stop for 1 week. Does anyone ever stop using Knotweed and then resume again?
