Correct dose of Reservatrol

Hi, I was bitten by ticks five weeks ago, and I have jsut started taking the

core protocol. But there is something here I need help with. The reservatrol I

have bought (Solgar), for each tablet, has root, 200mg, reservatrol 100mg.

On the recommended dose for the protocal the dose says up to 8000mg a day.

The maximum dose on the jar says 1-2 capsules a day.

Can someone please help me with the correct dose?
