Guest guest
Hi , I've only gone 2 times so far in a 1.5 mo. span. I felt like a truck hit me for a few days after. I did some saunas, dry brushing, epsom salt baths and a little rebounding and it cleared, I just thought maybe I needed to use some oral detoxing agents to pull more toxins out or somehow mop them up. My dr. said the best massage for me would be lymph, I wonder what the difference is between lymph and deep tissue, would deep tissue be bad to have, I guess w/all the body tenderness we have, pressing on the tissue would probably be too painful. I did some accupuncture sessions and several cranial sacral sessions, I felt very relaxed afterwards, usually will last for a week, I wish I could continually do them, but too costly. I heard lemon water is very good: lemon helps cleanse the liver of toxins, and helps with kidney function. when you drink it warm, the body doesn't have to work to warm it up and it passes thru easier. It helps release mucous and some say it helps w/gas, but I can't attest to that. I was told that they will clear thru the spleen but I thought most " Lyme " toxins went thru the liver. Are you going weekly? What do you notice? For me, the first couple of reactions happened within 24 hrs. Now, from one of the gals I see, it's day 4 thru day 7, the nausea and mild headache make it almost unbearable to work. Hence the every 3 weeks. For mop up I drink lemon water and try and do a coffee enema but I'm still getting pretty slammed. I've probably had 8 or so, so far. Maybe I should try more green clay or sarsaparilla or something. Any ideas? _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of alicia.colon@... What's good to mop up the toxins? Would it be a liver detox, or a whole body detox method? Guest guest
My understanding is that " lymph " massage is exactly that - manual help in draining the lymph system. The lymph tends to be the dumping ground of toxins that for some lymies stacks up like an unmoved garbage heap. Supposedly, the more you drain the lymph, the easier it will be in the future. then there is us lymies who seem to produce more toxins than the average; bugs tossing of toxins while living, then a big dose as the die. For my next lymph massage next Tuesday, I'm going to start heavy detoxing after like epsom salt baths, milk thistle, dandelion, and mangosteen juice??? Has anyone had much experience with mangosteen juice - don't I remember that from my reading as a biggie for detoxing??? _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of alicia.colon@...
