Guest guest
After antibiotics i have the classic overgrowth of candida but also another gut infection from soil. For a while i took caprylic acid and origano oil, and then started herbs from buhner protocol. My gut problems (discomfort, loose stools, smelly flatulance etc) seemed slightly better but were still a bother. Then I was advise to take erytromycin three times, with 3 weeks of a special probiotic inlc mutaflora (E coli). My guts really improved, but I had to go off the herbs for 3 months. Now I am back on the herbs for 3 weeks. feeling overall better but my gut problems have started again. Does anyone know if cats claw and japanese knotweed affect gut flora and in what way?
