Guest guest
I use Welchol. It really works. In a message dated 10/28/2010 5:52:31 P.M. I'm cutting back even further, but was interested in finding out what binders people use. I am taking 3 spoons of modified citrus pectin a day. I tried cholestyramine and had a bad allergic reaction. I'm considering bentonite(in suspension.) Any other thoughts? Thanks, Aurora

I have used Chlorella; it sometimes produced a bit of herxing for me but nothing serious. But some people have very strong reactions to this, so probably not for everyone. Buhner suggests that Smilax also helps with herxing.

Guest guest
Activated charcoal is another great binder. Remember to take binders away from supplements and meds as they will pull those out too. Also need to supplement minerals as those can be pulled as well. Fulvic acid and ConcenTrace are a couple types of liquid minerals. > > > Hi folk-- I'm doing miniscule amounts of treatment and getting big herxes, mostly neurological-- balance, vertigo, word retrieval, mental fog and lots of neuropathic pain. Guest guest
I have been using apple pectin fiber with great results. It provides for binding of the toxins and does not interfer with my supplements like activated charcoal or clay. ________________________________ From: Deb57 <ds@...> Sent: Fri, October 29, 2010 9:51:52 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Binders  Activated charcoal is another great binder. Guest guest
I use: Bentonite Clay foot baths Red Root Tincture Chlorella Dry Brush - must be done correctly or not much benefit (I did it wrong for a while) assorted amino acids I take such small doses of bug killers, but it's working. My symptoms are very slowly getting better. Some of us can only take very small amounts, especially at first.
