Guest guest Posted December 13, 2010 Report Share Posted December 13, 2010 I use grounded olive leafs (so no extract) (olijfblad), bought from http://www.kruidenpakhuis.nl Much cheaper than extract, and nicely in line with Buhner's idea of using the whole herb. First day it was hitting something,(maybe a virus, don't know) had a strange kind of headache, 2 days later I had big gain in energy. First days I used ±200mg 3x, later ±500mgx3 which seemed enough.
