Don't know if yeast/Candida testing has any value. AFAIK everyone has yeast,

what is there to detect? Do they check if you have too much Candida in the blood

or something similar?

I use grounded olive leafs (so no extract) (olijfblad), bought from

http://www.kruidenpakhuis.nl

Much cheaper than extract, and nicely in line with Buhner's idea of using the

whole herb. First day it was hitting something,(maybe a virus, don't know) had a

strange kind of headache, 2 days later I had big gain in energy.

First days I used ±200mg 3x, later ±500mgx3 which seemed enough. I have no idea

what would be the advantage of using extract, but maybe there is.

at least some of them I guess; that's why it is usually recommended to take

probiotics separate (a few hours apart) from this or similar products.
