Sun is very healthy!!

JR

[ ] serotonin challenge

I've been hearing that Lyme patients should stay out of direct sunlight during

the healing process. But with the necessity of sunlight for adaquate serotonin

production (at least for some of us) how do we get by? I suppose with herbs and

supplements.... Any suggestions?

look up 5HTP, it is a precursor to serotoinin production in the body. so it

helps regulate mood, helps increase sleep, and helps with headaches.
