Monty, why do you say: The ashwaganda may be a challenge for some lymies? Do

you mean too strong, or bad to take for some reason?

I am finding acupuncture to help with my sleep issues.

It is known as a stimulant, but in this blend it is a balancer. For those who

are extra sensitive ie lymies it could keep them up. Just something you have to

try. It works well on me. I have to take a lot to get myself down. I am like a

horse when it comes to getting me to settle at night. Even when my body is

screaming with pain and exhaustion. Accupuncture is great!
