Guest guest
Monty, why do you say: The ashwaganda may be a challenge for some lymies? Do you mean too strong, or bad to take for some reason? I am finding acupuncture to help with my sleep issues. - Jen
Guest guest
It is known as a stimulant, but in this blend it is a balancer. For those who are extra sensitive ie lymies it could keep them up. Just something you have to try. It works well on me. I have to take a lot to get myself down. I am like a horse when it comes to getting me to settle at night. Even when my body is screaming with pain and exhaustion. Accupuncture is great!
