Guest guest
Hi everybody, I just realized I got episodes of brain fog today, light but present. When I took my tea (black) with cardamon, I felt something like brain getting clear (only then I realize I have brain fog, when it's fading!). I asked my body, if it was because of chlorella (this had happened to me many times before and chlorella was responsible for lifting the fog), but this time no. It was because of the cardamon I was taking in the tea. The effect was very fast (within minutes). I suspect it crosses the blood-brain barrier. The amount I took was about 1/3 of a teaspoon in my hot tea. I'm now asking how many times should I take cardamon: answer is coming: 3x a day. It can be taken simultaneously to PC-Noni. The Noni gets babesia cysts while kardamon helps with active forms. I'm just sharing this experimental thing because cardamon is so cheap and easy to find and tasty. I still have to re-confirm its functions as helping to eliminate active babesia with my doctor or naturopath. But if someone has cardamon in their spice chest, and if you suspect babesia, could you please take it and see if you see any improvements in brain fog? Babesia causes clear brain fog. Lyme, endotoxins, metals too, so it's difficult to know. Below is some info on cardamon. Babesia is said to attack basically upper organs (lungs, teeth, brain), and cardamon seems to be used to clear infections in the upper organs too. Selma ------------- From Wikipedia: Cardamon: In traditional medicine Cardamom fruit and seeds: In South Asia, green cardamom called " Elaichi " , in Hindi and Urdu, is broadly used to treat infections in teeth and gums, to prevent and treat throat troubles, congestion of the lungs and pulmonary tuberculosis, inflammation of eyelids and also digestive disorders. It is also reportedly used as an antidote for both snake and scorpion venom. Species in the genus Amomum are also used in traditional Indian medicine. Among other species, varieties and cultivars, Amomum villosum is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat stomach- aches, constipation, dysentery, and other digestion problems. " Tsaoko " cardamom is cultivated in Yunnan, China, both for medicinal purposes and as a spice. -------------------------------------------------------
