Guest guest
Hi ,    Thank you for your kindness. Tinnitus is one of the symptoms for me that has been hardest to remove. It is a precursor for me showing that I will soon have more neurological symptoms. Cognitive and neuromuscular. If I drive too long(ie..more than 1 1/2 hours) my Tinnitus  increases and I find soon that I have lost my ability to be safe on the road(coordination and cognitive issues) . This as been a persistant problem and life effecting( I used to travel on the road and consult). If you have any tips I would love them.     Jeff From: Pat Palmer <mpatpalm@...> Subject: [ ] 's story & questions Date: Thursday, December 16, 2010, 10:25 AM  Many thanks for your story - I'm an herbalist in NorCal working with several LL Docs to work with antibiotics AND herbs... particularly for the newly bitten, antibiotics are a must... not that I like them, but they work... and lots of follow up with knotweed, teasel, & cats claw (which I got to see in the jungles of Peru)... Guest guest
I too have tinnitus and I was speaking with an ND who mentioned that it is a symptom of adrenal issues. So I did a google search and found this link which is an interesting article. How accurate it is, I don't know. But those who treat adrenals may have some comments about the connection to tinnitus and whether this subsides with adrenal support? www.cst.eu.com/downloads/what_is_tinnitus.doc deb > > > From: Pat Palmer <mpatpalm@...> > Subject: [ ] 's story & questions > > Date: Thursday, December 16, 2010, 10:25 AM > > > Â > > > > Many thanks for your story - I'm an herbalist in NorCal working with several LL Docs to work with antibiotics AND herbs... particularly for the newly bitten, antibiotics are a must... not that I like them, but they work... and lots of follow up with knotweed, teasel, & cats claw (which I got to see in the jungles of Peru)... Guest guest
The only treatment experience that ever affected my tinnitus was the use of a PEMF machine. That stands for pulsed electromagnetic frequency machine. I used a Magnapulse one with 500-700 gauss strength. We hold a coil which sends out audible electromagnetic clicks which help restore our body's electromagnetic energy, which lowers whenever we're ill. My tinnitus went away for six hours at most during the ten sessions I had. A Lyme doctor told me he thought it treated the nerves to the ears. - Robin [ ] 's story & questions > > Date: Thursday, December 16, 2010, 10:25 AM > > > Â > > > > Many thanks for your story - I'm an herbalist in NorCal working with several LL Docs to work with antibiotics AND herbs... particularly for the newly bitten, antibiotics are a must... not that I like them, but they work... and lots of follow up with knotweed, teasel, & cats claw (which I got to see in the jungles of Peru)... Guest guest
I attribute B12 injections subq 10mg 5x/week finally helped resolve the remaining neuro (including tinnitus) symptoms I had after abx, cowden, buhner over two years. It took two years. Sent from my iPod On Dec 18, 2010, at 6:05 AM, sfrobink@... wrote: > The only treatment experience that ever affected my tinnitus was the use of a PEMF machine. Usually the problem will disappear or decrease over time, irrespective of what you do. While there are no proven treatments, there are quite a few proven causes for tinnitus (e.g. certain drugs). Guest guest
I have one full bottle of b12 that my LLMD prescribed. I was told to inject 1 ml of solution into the abdomen (right or left side of navel, pinching the skin just below and injecting there) using very short fine needles. I did this with one bottle and found that I would get a painful lump and sometimes a bruise under the skin that would last for weeks. Where do you inject yours and what kind of needle do have? I was thinking of trying again but a bit scared. I had been told it should be IM in the buttock or thigh, requiring a bigger needle. deb > > > > > > > > > From: Pat Palmer <mpatpalm@> > > > Subject: [ ] 's story & questions > > > > > > Date: Thursday, December 16, 2010, 10:25 AM > > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > > > Many thanks for your story - I'm an herbalist in NorCal working with several LL Docs to work with antibiotics AND herbs... particularly for the newly bitten, antibiotics are a must... not that I like them, but they work... and lots of follow up with knotweed, teasel, & cats claw (which I got to see in the jungles of Peru)... Guest guest
I did B12 injections subq upper buttock hip area alternating hips each injection. Using insulin needle as you are. I was so hungry for these injections when I started that I would wake up thinking about it. After about 6 weeks I went to 3x/week, then to once a week and then after about 4 months I stopped. I continued with the herbs for another 12 months. Now I am looking for a good general maintenance protocol. I bought the quintessence from bioresource but I lost the bottle! That is a bad sign...hahaz Sent from my iPod On Dec 19, 2010, at 9:53 AM, " Deb57 " <ds@...> wrote: > I have one full bottle of b12 that my LLMD prescribed. Guest guest
I have had tinnitus for about 7 years, loud enough to drown out conversation at times. Had it pre treatment and during treatment. Never seen any correlation between abx treatment or lack there of and `tinnitus. It is definitely associated with an uptick in neurological issues. At it's worst it predicts cognitive and muscular control problems. Wish I had an answer. I have used b-12 injections for 2 months, had more energy, but no effect on Tinnitus. Thanks, for everybodies help on this.      Jeff From: knot_weed <tek0nik@...> Subject: [ ] Re: 's story & questions Date: Sunday, December 19, 2010, 6:24 AM  > > The only treatment experience that ever affected my tinnitus was the use of a PEMF machine. people report the most diverse treatments for getting rid of tinnitus; but reality is that despite lots of research, there is NO proven treatment. Guest guest
I inject into the thigh. I move the needle around an inch or so above the skin to 'ask' my body where it is going to hurt least before I inject. I use the tiniest (insulin) needle. Sometimes it is a little sore for several days, up to a week, but no 'lump' or anything visible. Sometimes it doesn't hurt at all. I was told I should use a larger needle, but after all these years of doing painful things, I just can't do it. > > I have one full bottle of b12 that my LLMD prescribed. Guest guest
Hi , I have not tried Stephania root. I have not heard it associated with Tinnitus before. Do you know of anyone in particular it has helped for this. Guest guest
How is the Stephania used - what form? I bought some stephania root (bulk) to boil for an eye wash per Buhner. I found it burned so I didn't try that again!
