Guest guest
My LLMD said to take as much magnesium as I could stand to take. So I take Source Naturals magnesium malate 1666 mg. I might try for more. One thing that did for me was to reduce my palpitations. Perch " Horses are God's Apology for Men " Let us awaken then, and envince a different spirit,---a spirit that shall inspire the people with confidence in themselves, and in us -- a spirit that will encourage them them to persevere in this glorious struggle, until their rights and liberties shall be established on a ROCK. " ---- , 1777 http://percheronridersdressagejourney.blogspot.com/ I take Mangesium Citrate bec. someone on this list said everyone with Lyme should take it. The only remnant of Lyme disease is an occasional pain in my left knee (where the Lyme originated). I find that if I take Mag.Citrate, the pain is very occasional and very minor. If I stop taking it, the pain becomes much greater. I have no idea why that is. ellen
