I do notice that Burbur and other products that work like Burbur do make me a little more thirsty. It's just how they work - they are cleansing herbs. I do notice that some things keep me from being thirsty, things that kill certain pathogens. I can't remember what right now, but I think it's things that kill parasites, babesia being one of them. I have Babesia, amongst other things. Love and prayers, Heidi N Hi, I've just started experimenting with samento and cumanda, which I seem to be tolerating at a slow, low dose. I tried to add in the Burbur because of its purported help with Herx reactions, but it was way too strong a diuretic for me even at 1-2 drops. I have had immeasurably low ADH (antidiuretic hormone) and for two years lost up to 8,000cc/day~ yes, that's two gallons (and no, I don't drink that much)...I needed a wheelbarrow to bring in specimens.
