Knotweed's Blood Thinning Abilities

I finally reached 4x4 on Knotweed

As I did I got mild symptoms of light-headed, dizziness, mild heart issues

(symptoms I associate with Bart/Lyme dieoff)

And it's come to my attention that while this may be a herx - it's probably a

reaction to the herb, considering it is an anti-coagulant.

I've been told that your body will adjust - but if it doesn't to back off the

dosage.

My question is:

1) How does the body adjust

2) Do I run the risk of damaging my heart right now with Knotweed's blood

thinning ability
