Guest guest
Hi Steve: Yes, from my experience I think Samento is very effective on its own although from what I've read, rotations are recommended to avoid developing allergies/immunities to one substance and to give overlapping coverage. I initially took Samento alone for a few months with great results; it reversed several of my major symptoms within days. It literally got me out of bed and walking normally. Since the Lyme treatment can go on for so long I decided to rotate with Cumanda to avoid problems. The Burbur supports the lymph system and aids detox. I've had very minor detox problems on the tinctures and find them very effective. Re: [ ] Samento thanks. Since I don't take cumanda and that other herb, do you think samento is effective on its own? Guest guest
It is a good start, but ONLY a start. Have you read the Healing Lyme book by H. Buhner? Jim ### steve <xanax006@...> wrote: thanks. Guest guest
My daughter had Lyme with Bell's Palsy. After a month on antibiotics, I kept her on a maintenance dose of Samento. If I failed to give it to her, she would get stomachaches. Once I went over a week without giving her Samento. She got stomachaches. When I started it again, the stomach got worse. She ended up on another month of abx. I am giving her Samento again and so far, so good. It IS cat's claw, after all. I bought a big supply of it before reading Buhner's book. A friend of mine was virtually bedridden with Lyme for over a year. She is a health nut so it's hard to say what exactly got her on her feet again, but she swears it was the Samento. She hasn't taken ANY prescription abx but lives a full, active life. She is not a complete recovery but you wouldn't know she is sick unless she told you. On Mon, 22 Nov 2010 20:06:42 -0500, " Jay A. Guest guest
I feel like Cat's Claw and Samento (pretty much the same thing, but the tincture is easier for me to take) has helped me the most, as well. I've had very little ABX, only 1 month of doxy, which helped at first too. Connie [ ] Samento A friend of mine was virtually bedridden with Lyme for over a year.
