- I can't help with the list of TX LLMDs, but this may be of some

use:

I registered for LymeNet yesterday and got my password email almost

immediately. Perhaps your message was sent, but got " derailed. "

You may want to check your junk mail / spam folder.

Subject: [ ] LLMD List

I registered at LymeNet and waited all evening for login info so I could

post to get the LLMD state list I am looking for, but I have yet to receive

my confirm e-mail. I even went to sign in and clicked I forgot my login and

the website said it would e-mail it to me. So, since it is Monday morning, I

thought I might ask you guys if you happen to have a current list for TX?

We were introduced to someone yesterday who is working with an infectious

disease doctor here in Houston. According to this person, the doctor is very

aggressive in treating Lyme. Bottom line, we need to get into an LLMD, get

the proper testing done and see what we are dealing with.

I tell you, I struggled with Graves' Disease a couple of years ago and came

at it with pharmaceuticals and herbals and am in remission. There was all

kinds of conflicting information about Graves and my head would spin. But

with LD? it is crazy how my head is spinning with all of this. You should

see the responses on LymeNet for the Doxy dosage topic that was posted. Each

reply had a different opinion! This is why we want to get our son into an

LLMD soon.

The gal we met yesterday is 18, she has had LD for close to 7 years and

treatment started 3 years ago with this doctor. She and her parents both are

happy with the results, but know that it is a long battle.

So, back to my original question....does anyone have access to a current

LLMD-TX list? thanks!!

I did a quick scan and did not notice any rigth away in TX but there may be

some listed I missed.

The LLMD in Denton, TX just retired ; (. Unfortunately, there are not many

resources in Texas for lyme.
