I have fallen and can't get up. My pain levels have reached a non

functional level. I am panicked. Trying to have calming soothing thoughts.

Have supportive people around me. But everyone feels helpless bc they can

not take it away. So sad to go from doing great to full on collapse. I

never expected to be back here. Not able to keep things.....protocol

straight right now.

Wishing there was an easier answer.
