I was loosing hair and got a small bald spot (not on my head) but once I started treating my hormonal problems (including and maybe most important - adrenal exhaustion) this stopped. I didn't get the hair back though, at least not yet. Connie [ ] Bald spots I just spotted a bald spot on the top of my head (about the size of a dime with no hair on it)! Since I started the Buhner's protocol i August (Cat's Claw, Siberian Eleuthero and Resveraterol) I noticed that my hair has been falling a lot, in what appear to be an evenly manner. I pay out of pocket for doctor visits and rarely go, so I am unfamiliar with what tests are offered, and under what circumstances. Do I just go to a gynecologist and request testing? Thanks! Guest guest Posted November 16, 2010 Report Share Posted November 16, 2010 this started for me when i started antibiotics and was herxing bad. i was told too much toxicity, so make sure that you are detoxing a ton and i also started using nioxin shampoo and conditioner and application which helped to stop it. it only lasted a few months before it stopped. i do believe the nioxin and detox did it in my case. the hair loss stopped and has grown back.
