Eleuthero as a killer?

Have I written about this herb? If not, well, this is a great herb.

It is, I believe, a hot herb. So it can't be taken with core protocol

herbs (I take it after food, while the other herbs, I take in between

meals). I start to think Jim is right about not mixing cold/ hot

stuff!!! At least, that's what my tests say: eleuthero can't be taken

with cats claw/ andro, for example. It needs a two hour interval.

I herx FOR SURE with eleuthero. I'm not herxing borrelia (according

to my kinesiological tests), but I'm herxing candida (fungi).

I am now sure I did herx after taking 5 " 00 " capsules at once for a

few days. It was a rather strong herx each time.

It's a herx and not the tonic effect from eleuthero! The bad feeling

(jitterness) goes out after chlorella and cleansers (so it's a

herx!).

Now I decided to divide the dose into two times to stand herxes

better, and it's going less strong. I also add cardamon, which is now

testing as 'cleanser' for me. Both are hot (eleuthero I'm not sure,

but it tests as hot). Cardamon is surely hot.

My dose is now 4 " 00 " capsules a day, I guess bigger people must take

more to feel something!

I think I'm out of lyme and coinfections. Crossing fingers!! They

dont' test anymore. I still test mild for candida though (from my

skin and a tooth).

It happened already once, that I couldn't find the critters anymore

(but I found them if I asked 'hidden critters')!! Now not even hidden

critters test!!

My protocol is:

- 4 stephania (not testing as killer now but as cleanser)

- 4 eleuthero (indirect killer and tonic)

- 30 drops pau d'arco tincture home made (candida killer)

- 2 cats claw

- magnesium, flaxseed oil, chlorlla, bear garlic, milk thistle,

artichoke.

Andrographis stopped testing today. It tests NO, I even CAN'T TAKE it

as preventive. So, I am not on it from today on.

I guess I'm rid of babesia for good ! It didn't come back so far. I

can't find bart either, nor mycoplasma, ehrlichia, GI candida. So I'm

crossing fingers they won't come back either.

What's funny is that borrelia stopped testing again. Not even cysts,

not even hidden borrelia. But my skin candida is taking longer to go.

I got this problem for more than 10 years!

So I'm again on a mild metal detox, just to boost my fight against

candida.

I wonder what critter will come up from now on? I'm just waiting.

It's been like this for so many times that I can't believe I'm really

done with all.
