Guest guest
A couple of questions for the forum: 1. Does anyone have knowledge of, or has anyone themselves, specifically in the northeast US, especially NJ area tested positive for and experienced specific symptoms which can be attributed to a Rocky Mtn. Spotted Fever infection (specifically asking about RMSF infection and not other Erlichia and " like " family bugs) ? - and I am specifically interested in symptoms in the NJ area (as they vary widely geographically in the US), and if possible - to the exclusion of other concurrent TBI's - but if you have some more generalized information i'll be appreciative and happy to read that to. 2. Has anyone used Colchicum (crocus, saffron, etc.) [pg. 189 - " Healing Lyme] in accordance with the Buhner protocol for RMSF, or for any other issue for that matter, and been able to tolerate this ? --- this appears to be one of the riskier herbs, in terms of side effects. In addition to chronic Bartonella issues, I have been bitten by a male lonestar tick recently, fully engorged when discovered - and which tested positive for RMSF (the tick, not me- so far), and I am intollerant of Doxycyline. I have just endured a 2 week preventative course of Doxy with horrid side effects post bite, and am looking at alternatives to be able to hit the ground running, should they become necessary. Thanks Much -
