Has anyone used Colchicum (crocus, saffron, etc.) [pg. 189 - " Healing Lyme] in accordance with the Buhner protocol for RMSF, or for any other issue for that matter, and been able to tolerate this ? --- this appears to be one of the riskier herbs, in terms of side effects. no experience, but this is one of the few herbs I would be afraid of. Guest guest
Knot... I want to express my appreciation for your responses. I am seriously exhausted right now, and need to be taking a break from things. One of my family members who has 2 artificial valves, and severe hemolytic anemia, as well as end-stage kidney failure has been consuming my time - and I have been going with out much sleep as well. So please forgive me for a delay in intelligent responses. Unfortunately I have been unable to get either of the two family members to my LLMD for blood work, because neither of them have been healthy enough to travel at the right times. Your points on the pre-TBI VEGF ranges is well taken. I just decided that presenting the information in the graphical " science-like " format might be the most useful. I wish other people could do similar things here - it would further the entire cause of the forum. Anther side nte - the letter " O " is going bad on my keyboard. So - expect some messages with a lot of words missing that letter (a sad, aggravating thing). Please do send me an off-line (private) message on details regarding your own issues - I shall be more than happy to look into things, especially might have some ideas you might not have considered regarding the skin manifestations --- a few rarer herbs that I know of, etc. that I can provide referenced information to you on - and that perhaps you might want to consider ? I just can't dig in and apply myself at the technical level I need to right now --- I need a break for a day or two. I will definately follow-up in a day or 2 though. Thanks Much > > > > > 2. Guest guest
> > So please forgive me for a delay in intelligent responses. no problem, I know the issue from experience ... when you need the info it is usually the most difficult to get a good conversation going dus to illness etc. > I wish other people could do similar things here - it would further the entire cause of the forum. Do you know that US website where patients can chart their symptoms, test results, medications etc. for a specific disease, and do all kinds of 'research' with this data? I haven't looked at it recently (it is less usefull for me because I'm from europe, language problems etc.) but I think it is a great idea. e.g. you can easily find out of someone else with similar problems has already tried a certain treatment and what the result was - assuming it is not something really rare. I tried to find the link, but I have probably thousands of links on my browser so difficult to find it If you don't know what I'm talking about I could search again ... > Anther side nte - the letter " O " is going bad on my keyboard. > So - expect some messages with a lot of words missing that letter (a sad, aggravating thing). Being a lymie, I don't need a bad keyboard for typing/spelling/language errors > Please do send me an off-line (private) message on details regarding your own issues - I will send details within a few days.
