Guest guest
, I use a product (under direction from my ND) called NDF plus. It's very expensive for a bottle, but lasts absolutely forever. I actually only take 1 or 2 drops (not droppers, drops!) per day and find it effective. It does cause fatigue and such while you acclimate. The bottle says " traditionally used to remove toxic heavy metals and chemicals in individuals with assimilation issues " , which would be me and contains chlorella, some probiotics, cilantro, medicinal mushrooms, horsetail, and milk thistle. It's made by BioRay Inc. Maybe you can look this up online and ask your dr if it would be appropriate? One thing I love about it is the small dose. I take handfulls of pills multiple times per day, plus tinctures, and I don't need more multiple droppers of alcohol extract in my life! Plus, it's doing something for sure. I notice when I use it regularly my skin looks and feels better and I feel less cloogey and gooey. It occurs to me simply adding cilantro and medicinal mushrooms and things to the food you make could help as well, gently, and not be such a 'take your medicine' thing. But, not sure what you have to worry about there with the gentle chelation, and binding things on the way out. It might not be clinically significant, but could help, esp. if your daughter is not in a place right now to accommodate another med. - Jen >
