perfectly normal, it is caused by the knotweed (especially if you use bulk

version, don't know about the pills but probably similar). It produces a dark

yellow/orange coloring of the urine within about 1 hour.

Is that a sign you should cut back on the Knotweed?

no, I don't think so. The stained urine means that not everything is used by

your body (probably the dark color comes from the Resveratrol or similar

components), I guess it is normal as soon as you are using higher doses. What is

not used is excreted within hours, so as long as your gut can handle it, I guess

it is OK.

I have restarted knotweed (bulk herb) myself recently, after not using anything

for about a month. I started right away with about 2 gram a day. Maybe a bit too

much as I'm having some gut problems now (not sure though if it is caused by the

knotweed).
