I am drinking lots of water to dilute it. perfectly normal, it is caused by the knotweed (especially if you use bulk version, don't know about the pills but probably similar). The stained urine means that not everything is used by your body (probably the dark color comes from the Resveratrol or similar components), I guess it is normal as soon as you are using higher doses. What is not used is excreted within hours, so as long as your gut can handle it, I guess it is OK. I have restarted knotweed (bulk herb) myself recently, after not using anything for about a month. I started right away with about 2 gram a day. Maybe a bit too much as I'm having some gut problems now (not sure though if it is caused by the knotweed).
