Thanks for this insight! It makes sense and is reassuring.

yes, Buhner mentions this in his book! Important for me as well, I'm just 60 kg

(55 even when I was really ill). Of course, the same goes for many other

medications (like ABX and supplements).

How your digestion is working and overall body burden/toxic load can effect how

you react too. I notice I am very sensitive to medication - slow detoxification

I think, but I also digest poorly, so although I'm over the 170 rule of thumb

I'm not sure full dose would be tolerable for me.

So in your opinion... what would someone who is 140 lbs do?

3x3? 2x3?

the idea is to average out over the day as good as possible. So if instead of

the maximum of 4 pills 4 times a day, you take 3 pills (or 2 pills) 4 times a

day.

According to our LLMD you can take the full dose if tolerated. You may need

to take longer to increase the dose (e.g., bump it up every 2-4 weeks,

instead of every week) My daughter is 100 pounds, she took this road and has

been taking the full dose for more than 3 months. She is doing much much

better (started the protocol in mid-March). She also takes adrenal and

liver support and probiotics. Good diet is crucial too.

And do you guys takethe herbs with any other of your supplements?

Magnesium, minerals, vitamins?

at 1stchineseherbs just told me, " absolutely you want to stretch the

dosages out all day.

Makes sense. I was just taking everything at breakfast lunch and

dinner(supplements included)

so I'm sure this did a number to my stomach.

But I stopped the herbs 2 days ago and am still having constipation?

How long does it take for the effects of, say stephania, to leave the body?

Thanks again guys. Between you guys and lymenet... Life becomes a lil easier :

I can't get it right. Between work and taking herbs, abx, supps and probiotics I

can barely fit a meal in. I am def herxing hard right now. On mepron and

constipation so bad makes me crazy. I would love to write a book " the power of

poohing. " Hands hurt so bad hard to type. Finding keeping my chin up exhausting.

Nice to see other people get challenged by this.

Keep trying to live large!
