In the book, he recommends Artemisinin capsules 100mg 3x daily for

30-40 days for Babesia but I think he now recommends Cryptolepsis

tincture instead (check Planet Thrive for dosage/sources).

Red root tincture: 1/2 to 1.5 tsp to 4x daily.

Boneset tea: 2-4 cups daily.

Oh, and max dosage for all core protocol herbs would be 4 capsules 4x

daily.

Thank you very much for the reminders.

Unfortunately, since the book came out, some of the capsule

manufacturers changed their dosages, so '4 of each' doesn't always

equal what it did when the book was published. There are also more

manufacturers now than there were three years ago when the book came out.

Could someone please type in the number of milligrams or grams of

each and info on standardization (ie Source Naturals Resveratrol which

I have is 1000 mg of root per 2 tablets , standardized to 8% total

resveratrols or something like that)
