Guest guest
Well gang, we just made it thru another full moon - how did we all survive? I did try some added detoxing and a CE on Saturday, the full moon. I felt better than last month - wonder if what I did before hand helpes or whether last month was the fall " hit " as it's been described. Anyone else try something that worked? _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Kyoti Sent: Wednesday, September 29, 2010 11:16 AM Subject: [ ] Full Moons and Bugz Hello Lymettes - I was just reading some of your comments about what goes on during the full moon regarding Lyme bugs/co-infections, etc. I worked with a naturopath for a while who would tell me to amp-up on herbs, abx and especially detoxing during a full moon because she says the Lyme bugs get very active during this time (they come " out of the woodwork " ). Makes sense to me with a college education in biology.... If you can handle the herxing - it's a good time to " paint with a broad stroke " , so to speak. It's worked for me. What's also helped tremendously is the use of ayurvedic practices with moving lymph and hydrating. We use salt/oil scrubs before bathing and drink lots of juice of young coconut - which is " wetter " than water. Sea salt/saline solution is good to drink first thing in the morning to hydrate. I have to be careful with this one because it can cause nausea if I drink too much. The pulse readers at our local ayurvedic clinic tell me nearly all of us we are too dry - no matter what ailment we come to them for. This is northern California. If I could only afford a weekly massage as Bruhner suggests. Of course I'm a licensed massage therapist! - Cobbler? No shoes - I'M NOT GIVING UP, THOUGH!Lyme War Cry! Guest guest
The September full moon was the sickest I have ever been. I believe the Sept full moon landed right on the Fall Equinox. I was in extreme pain and feverish with insomnia. I also had a fungal outbreak between my toes for the first time in my life (first fungus I have ever seen on my body), so my immune systems was obviously taking a serious hit. I did not have a flare on the full moon in October, so the Sept downturn must have been related to the Fall Flare and the Fall Equinox. I don't want to experience that again. > > I had the same experience. Last month my lyme/cfs/fibro symptoms were awful, very painful and I experienced fevers. Guest guest
Holy cow. THAT is why I had a downturn! Woke up Sun a.m. with wicked sore throat which turned out to be thrush in my throat AND a canker sore on tonsil region, and was really feeling crummy ALL week!!! Fall/mold, plus full moon. No wonder! Wish there was some protective gear I could wear during the full moon! lol > > > The September full moon was the sickest I have ever been. Guest guest
Everyone still doing OK after the passing of the full moon and Hallow'e eve? I got slammed last night - the only thing I can think of is that i exercised over the weekend - maybe more than usual??? And a sugar craving came with it - very odd. Only thing different I've been doing this past mo. is taking nattokinase for circulation and taking resveretol sp? and ramping up slowly. Since taking these I've noticed the pain in my feet, legs & jaw don't hurt quite as much from the Bart as they normally do, I am experiencing stomach pain more, particularly in the upper left region, not sure what organs are there. Guest guest
I was crashed for about five days...I was constantly sleeping, day and night...very scary. I did start a new supplement from Buhner's book CAPRYL, so not sure if it was the supplement or the full moon or both??? Has anyone had a reaction to Capryl? Also, last year I did a parasite cleanse for several months and had to really ramp up during full moon. The Naturopath said that critters are lunar creatures and are very active during full moon. It helped me with some symptoms like fever...after the cleanse my constant low grade fever was gone for good. > > Everyone still doing OK after the passing of the full moon and Hallow'e eve? > I got slammed last night - the only thing I can think of is that i exercised > over the weekend - maybe more than usual??? > > And a sugar craving came with it - very odd. Guest guest
I'm feeling better than usual. My biggest problem is edema. Lots of edema. Currently on cat's claw, knotweed,(both 3each 3x daily), crytolepsis, lymphonest, artemisin, progesterone cream (as needed), and re-started eleuthero. (might be the eleuthero making me feel better) Need to make the next batch of American Indian tea and first batch of stephania tea . Suggestions for dealing with edema? Guest guest
I use Red Root and Dry Brushing (must be done correctly, I did it wrong for a while and it didn't help at all until) for my edema. It's starting to help. I've been on Red Root about a month or more and dry brushing, the right way, a couple of weeks. Connie Re: [ ] Full Moons and Bugz I'm feeling better than usual.
