(I also have ankle issues and sore bottoms of feet that get better after walking.) I wonder how solid this kind of info is. I have had pain in my feet for several years, mostly in the pads. This developed shortly after i started my ABX treatment for confirmed Lyme. It is painful to stand/walk, I think what some people in the US describe as 'feels like walking on stones' (even while I have my shoes on). It is definitely not a tendon/joint problem (like lymies can have in the ankle area and many other places). When I stand on a hard floor it looks like part of the tissue (or blood?) is flushed out of the feet, the pads get completely flat very quickly. When pressure is realeased (no longer standing etc.) this is restored with some minutes, there is no permanent damage but something is wrong. I have been tested for Bartonella twice which came out negative, but these tests are probably even more unreliable than the standard Amiga lyme test. I don't feel like treating an unconfirmed infection ...
