Lymphatic massage/drainage

I can't afford the massage either, but am using the techniques in the book

Energy Medicine by Donna Eden. She has charts showing neurolymphatic drainage

points. I rub the ones for spleen, kidneys, liver, large intestines,

gallbladder and anything else that feels sore. There is an adrenal point on the

inside edge of the knee that is always sore for me, and if I rub/tap it for a

while it does help with adrenal crash symptoms. Going up and down the inside of

the lower leg along the shin bone for five minutes, tapping with the tips of my

fingers and/or rubbing wherever it's sore (everywhere) leaves me energized and

makes my legs tingle in the good way. She also has charts of the meridians with

ways to stimulate or sedate them. Since I have neither money nor energy to have

this done by others, I love these techniques, which I can do while lying in bed,

talking on the phone or watching a video.

My herbalist also recommended a tincture of fresh red root as opposed to dried,

which acts a little differently. I'm waiting for it to arrive, but he says he's

seen it take away spleen pain for a lot of Lyme/bartonella patients.
