Guest guest
>keep me informed Will do!! > One can expect 'worm' problems with lymies, Maybe we all need to start monitoring our BMs lol. Eva Sapi PhD and Lyme researcher seems to believe that filarial coinfections may be a distinct possibility with LD. Apparently Dr. Burgdorfori observed 30 microfilariol nematodes in one tick while researching LD. Eww and crap!! I don't want to have nematode infection too!! It's more than enough for me to deal with the other ones. > Btw, ivermectin is similar to andrographis in that it targets many worm-like creatures from small to relavitely big, and also seems to work against the arthropods themselves. It is based on a natural (bacterial) product. Interesting!! Eva Sapi also says that ivermectin has been successfully used in Europe to erradicate hard to treat cases of LD...interesting stuff!! http://www.lyme.no/gjesteskribent/eva-sapi-ph-d I knew I saw photos similar to these that have been posted. Here is the site I saw them on: http://www.lymephotos.com/index.shtml This site is a little confusing but after some speculation on my part I believe that all the photos on this site are of one particular nematode even though the headings would make it appear otherwise. Each of these photos show basically the same structure even tho they are listed under different headings such as babesia or borrelia furthermore both borrelia and babesia are not close to being visible with the naked eye whereas these samples are. BTW these folks are saying that they started seeing these critters when they started the salt/c protocol. There must be somehing about this protocol.... Take Care, Chris

I also don't like that they suggest people should try this protocol for years and not use anything else ...

Guest guest
I'm so happy you are getting some results. How often do you take 3/4 tea of each? Also so you put the salt in capsules, or put it into the C solution? I don't know why they can't go in the solution together. > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > I know it sounds gross, but I have been doing the salt/c protocol > > > amongst all the other stuff. > > > > > > This morning I found a colony floating in the toilet!!! > > OMG... Guest guest
Hello, Sorry I haven't been on, I have been really sick the last three days as in lots of pain in my feet, spine and hands. Thank you tinbkrbl, Deb 57 and knotweed. There are two photos I posted on this forum. I'm on my blackberry and in bed, but if you check out the photos you'll see that there are (I sort of counted) about a dozen worms in a clump. Kind of a cyst like. I also found a week ago a sack the size of a dime. Looked like an egg sack. All of these are at the lab now and I should know by week's end what the heck they were. I know it (sounds gross) but, I look at my BM ... Dr Oz got me to doing that, when I looked in there I thought I saw something that wasn't supposed to be there, so I used shishcabob (sp?) stick to " stir " and see what floated up. Real scientific! That was right around the time of the full moon and then nothing. So maybe I just get rid of these things then. I'll see next full moon. All I know is that my LLMD was surprised, and all he could say is, " that's wild! " . I have been having sharp pains in my head, eyes and heart. A week ago I ended up in the ER of a University Hospital in Sacramento with chest pains (happened last year too). I have now Lyme Carditis great! Nematodes, or whatever else they are, I'm hoping for some answers later this week. I'll try posting the egg sack pic today, but it takes a couple of days to post. I started a journal as well, symptoms, pain level, what I'm taking etc. IMHO I'm just a newbie trying to figure it all out still, being sick over 16 yrs and Fibro/CFS for my dx. Ugh!!! Doctors!!! It was Lyme all along. Blessings, Jeannie [ ] Re: colony found in toilet How do you know it is a 'colony'? > > Hi, > > I know it sounds gross, but I have been doing the salt/c protocol amongst all the other stuff. > > This morning I found a colony floating in the toilet!!! Guest guest
Hi Barb, I have upped it a bit... I take 3/4 tsp of coarse sea salt and 3/4 tsp of powdered vitamin C and drink the lukewarm solution throughout the day along with another glass of water, so that I'm always " pickling " myself and then hydrating. Going to buy Hymalyan (sp?) Salt, ran out of money til Friday. I drink 8 glasses of water every day and two or three with the solution spread out during the day. Morning, noon, night. That's what worked for me. Hope that helps, Jeannie [ ] Re: colony found in toilet I'm so happy you are getting some results. How often do you take 3/4 tea of each? Guest guest
Yes Knotweed I have and I can take up to about 15 grams a day and I'm not taking that much yet, it'll take me a month or two to increase if that is what I end up doing. I don't look at my critters as troubles, just things that are challenging me. Whatever I am doing I have researched as much as I physically can. I know that a lot of people put down (the salt/C) protocol and usually when they aren't on it but it's working for me. I haven't had a fever in about a month, that is nice in itself. And Knotweed, I don't think you have an issue with a limited grasp of english, you are very articulate and intelligent. Thanks for your comment. Guest guest
Knotweed, I figure it's all Lyme because as I have read on this forum.... That Dr. Burgdorfer found Nematodes along with the spirochetes. To me IMHO, it seems like there is more in the tick gut then spirochetes and co-infections. But as you said soon we will know. Thank you for your concern. Guest guest
I bought the Salt C protocol book but haven't had time to read it and don't want to miss a post here. Anyway, I just want to make clear from your post that you do *not* put your salt in a capsule, but mix it into a solution with C. I could put the salt in capsule but if I can take the solution w the sea salt in it, I'd rather skip the extra step of putting them in capsules. Sipping it all day is okay rather than gulping it down? , or at least that has worked for you? Thanks i Barb, I have upped it a bit... Guest guest
Could be Babesia. My heart stuff has been decreasing since I started treating for Babesia. First I was taking Artesminisin (wormwood). Now I'm taking A-BAB. Guest guest
Connie, I have tested positive for co-infection Ehrlichia. Could it be that my LLMD missed the possibility of Babesia? Should I bring this up at my next appointment? I want to say that I grew up in the Basque Pyrenees mountains as a sheep herder's daughter. I helped raise the lambs when their mother's died, we lived in the country and I was wondering if that strain might be something they (drs diagnosing) are missing. This was around 1963. Any thoughts? Hmmm, think I should research that. Jeannie Re: [ ] Re: colony found in toilet A week ago I ended up in the ER of a University Hospital in Sacramento with chest pains (happened last year too). Guest guest
Hello. I am newly diagnosed with LD althouth it appears I have had it since I was about 19 and am now 55. My only know co-infections are two kinds of mycosin. Have had most of the usual problems starting with flu-like sypmptoms, joint and muscle pain, extreme tiredness. Seems my critters like my pituitary gland the most which has caused adrenal, thyroid, female hormonal and other pituitary-related malfunctions. After reading your posts on the colony, I did a little check in the bowl this afternoon and saw some white thread-like things in my poop and floating in the water and they appear to be dead, assuming they are some kind of critter. They are about 3/8 of an inch, similar to tape worms. Is this like what you saw? I could not find the photos referenced. Thanks. > > > > IMHO I'm just a newbie trying to figure it all out still, being sick over 16 yrs and Fibro/CFS for my dx. Ugh!!! Doctors!!! Guest guest
Hi, I put my 3/4 tsp sea salt and 3/4 tsp of powdered vitamin C in a big coffee mug then add the cold water, then the hot water from my bottled water - not from the tap. No capsules. I feel better spreading it out throughout the day, because I feel like it's in my system on a consistent basis. But I also drink plenty of liquids with at least 8 full glasses of bottled water a day. I drink this solution 2 to 3 times a day. Depending on the whether I'm constipated or not, if I am I will have three glasses. Hope this helps, Jeannie I bought the Salt C protocol book but haven't had time to read it and don't want to miss a post here. Thanks
Guest guest
I tested negative for Babesia, but from my symptom picture my LLND says I have a heavy load of Babesia infection. The Babesia test is very inaccurate. Connie Re: [ ] Re: colony found in toilet Could be Babesia. My heart stuff has been decreasing since I started treating for Babesia. Thank you for your concern. my remark was meant a bit TIC ... I don't doubt there are other, unknown or ill known, tick infections. The problem is just the official definition of LD that excludes everything except Bb sl infection. So docs don't look for it. I would not be surprised if ultimately we find out that Bb sl is not the real problem, but something else is (most like something we are not looking for yet, probably something small); and that Bb is just a 'coinfection' that is often relatively benign. Guest guest
What you found doesn't sound like a tapeworm. A tapeworm is flat. Its body has segments. Each segment can grow into a new worm if broken off, even without the head (scolex). Are you taking something to kill worms? deb > > > > > > IMHO I'm just a newbie trying to figure it all out still, being sick over 16 yrs and Fibro/CFS for my dx. Ugh!!! Doctors!!!
